How long does it take to integrate Global Payments and Hubtiger?

Getting set up takes minutes.

Is Global Payments the same as Heartland?

Yes. Heartland has rebranded to Global Payments. If you've been using Heartland, your integration works exactly the same way.

Is there an additional cost to the Global Payments integration?

The integration is included as part of your Hubtiger subscription. There's no additional charge on the Hubtiger side. Your Global Payments subscription is managed separately and billed directly by Global Payments.

How does inventory stay accurate across Global Payments and Hubtiger?

The two systems stay in sync through a two-step process in Global Payments. When a quote is approved in Hubtiger, it arrives in Global Payments as an order in a pending state. Your team moves it to an open state and then converts it to an invoice. That conversion is what triggers the inventory deduction in Global Payments. Once payment is taken and the invoice is fulfilled, Hubtiger automatically updates the job status to "ready for collection."
